SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
This term defines all of the techniques used to improve a website’s position on search engine results pages (SERP). It is also called natural referencing. The goal of a SEO expert is to improve the visibility of the websites he supports by making them gain places on search engines (Google, but also Yahoo !, Bing, etc.). The goal is to bring together Internet users interested in products / services or informative content.
We say that a site is well optimized or referenced if it is in the first position of a search engine on the desired queries
Since the Web has existed, webmasters / SEOs have been trying to rank higher on search engines by optimizing sites and web pages. For this, many methods are used. We have defined on this site the world of “Black Hat”. That of the “White Hat” is therefore, by definition, totally opposed.
The White Hat will follow the instructions for Google webmasters and will aim above all at optimization leading to real sustainability of results, without the possibility of penalties or algorithmic filters like Panda or Penguin. It generally sleeps better than the Black Hat 🙂
The White Hat will therefore work to the maximum on the technical aspects of the website, on the de-indexing of low-quality pages, on the writing of excellent quality content, on linkbaiting and on the search for non-fake links. In short, its credo is constantly the quality of the work carried out, in the Googlian sense of the term.
